NAPIER

2024

Welcome to the very first Fabric-a-brac Napier! All proceeds from our fabulous fabric sale will go to Cranford Hospice.

About Fabric-a-brac Napier

  • NEXT EVENT: 10am-1pm Saturday 15 June 2024
  • Asher Hall, Corner of Tennyson and Dalton Sts, Napier

Fabric-a-brac is a fun fabric and sewing supplies market where you can shop for vintage and modern sewing and upholstery fabric, patterns, haberdashery and more. It brings the sewing community together to share stashes, stories and delight in our mutual love of textiles.

Fabric-a-brac is volunteer-run, and is a fundraiser for hospice – in Hawke’s Bay this is Cranford Hospice. All profits from this event are donated to their work.

Selling fabric

Stallholder applications are now full, but you can go on the waiting list. We often do get unexpected withdrawals. You pay a stallholder fee (which goes to Cranford Hospice) but anything you make on the day is yours to keep.

Go on the waiting list to be a Napier Stallholder

If you have fabric, haberdashery or patterns you’d like to move on, but don’t want to have a table, you can donate items. This will all go onto the Cranford Hospice table on the day, and all profits will go to their wonderful work.

Pop-up cafe

There will be tea, coffee and sweet treats for sale in our pop-up cafe, so you can sit down and chat over your new projects and fabric purchases. All proceeds from the cafe also go to Cranford Hospice.

Buying fabric

BRING CASH as most stallholders and the cafe will be selling by cash only.

If you are looking for some new inspiration for future projects, great bargains, beautiful vintage fabric and quirky bits  – Fabric-a-brac is for you. Come along and pick up some fantastic sewing-related bargains.

Helping us promote the event
